Pozole Rojo Station

Mexican hominy Stew simmered with tender pork in a rich, slow-cooked red Chile broth made from guajillo and ancho peppers, garlic, onion, and oregano. Finished with fresh garnishes—shredded cabbage, radishes, cilantro, lime, and crisp tortillas on the side for the perfect balance of bold, comforting flavor. Minimum for 20 guests

Shrimp Ceviche Verde with Chips

Fresh shrimp cured in bright lime juice and tossed in a vibrant green blend of tomatillo, jalapeño, and cilantro. Finished with crisp jícama, radishes, cucumber, and red onion for a refreshing crunch. Served chilled with house chips. Minimum for 20 guests
